How do I make sure my participant receive credit for my fundraiser order?

After completing your purchase, you will be taken to the order confirmation page. There, you will see a field to enter the participants first and last name. Please enter their information before leaving the page so your order can be properly credited to them.

Do we need to collect money or distribute products?

Nope! We handle online ordering, payment processing, and shipping. 

Supporters shop online and can choose to have their orders shipped directly to their homes for $4.95 or picked up locally for free. 

How long should we run our fundraiser?

Most organizations run their fundraiser for about 10–14 days for the best results.

Who can host a fundraiser?

Is the fundraiser completely online?

How much does our organization earn?

Organizations receive 50% of product sales. Shipping charges and taxes are excluded from fundraising totals.

How will our organization receive payment?

At the completion of your fundraiser, your organization’s earnings will be calculated and a check will be issued within 2 weeks of the fundraiser ending. 🌻

Only products purchased directly from our fundraiser page qualify toward fundraiser credit and participant earnings. If you navigate away from the fundraiser page to other areas of The Gardener’s Workshop, those purchases will not be credited to the participant or participating organization.
