Pre-Arched 76 inch Plant Support Wire Hoops*, Set of 5 or 25
Pre-Arched 76 inch Plant Support Wire Hoops are used to support row cover over crops to make a low tunnel. Push ends into the ground approximately 6".
- Great for season extension, seedling protection, and pest control, plant projection
- 3/16” high-tensile steel wire
- Best for 3' wide beds
- Use with the Floating Row Cover and Anchor Bags

Well, I already made one rookie mistake as I direct seeded into the biodegradable film however, my bachelor buttons, and several others germinated, despite my mistake! Still working on preparing the pathways, but the material that I received was exceptional. This is my first flower garden ever. These hoops are perfect! They are sturdy but easy to bend and get into the ground. Also, they are easy to store when not using. We are currently using them with burlap as a frost cloth and then will take them up to use as a bird netting on some young berry bushes that still have a low profile. We do recommend ground staples to anchor the covering that you place onto the hoops - also recommend ordering cover that is wider than the hoop. We will be ordering more of these.
I searched every where for metal garden hoops and could not find them anywhere. Luckily I found them here. They work great, and are excellent quality. They are pre-shaped (I’ve seen ones that come as straight rods, but you need a special device to bend them). Only downside is the shipping cost if you are not local to the store- but based on the non-standard packaging needed, I understand the need for the extra cost. Highly recommend if you need to keep deer and other critters from eating your hostas!

I have sip beds and the wire fits perfectly in cut pipes. I also use bug netting over arches- really works well to limit the endless bugs in my South Dakota area.

Hoops have worked great. I have harvested lettuce and spinach twice. And my cool flowers are looking great. I am using row covers right now.
Very easy to install. A key is that they’re smooth, so Ag 19 doesn’t snag on them when it’s windy.
