If I was a home gardener: I’d be thinking about the power mulch can have in my garden to prevent weeds!! And even more so when newspaper or biodegradable film is used under the mulch. 

If I was a flower farmer: I’d be wondering how much earlier my flowers might bloom if I hooped and covered them! The soil would be warmer under there and my plants would be so much happier.
