Do you offer course discounts?
Yes, once you are part of our course family (owning any online course or workshop) you will automatically receive a special $50 off link via email. Please note, you must use this link to receive the discount.
What is the difference in On-Demand courses and School courses?
On-Demand courses are available for purchase year round and give immediate access to the course content. Courses vary from sixty minutes to over four hours of instruction, see individual On-Demand courses for details. On-Demand courses do not include live Q&A sessions with the instructor.
School course registration is only open once a year and for a short period of time. Schools content is rolled out over six weeks of classes, see individual School courses for details. School courses include weekly Live Q&A sessions with the instructor during school.

Where do I login to my online course?
Go straight to the login page here. Bookmarking this login page on your device makes it easy and fast to access. The course login button is always located on the Online Course home page.
How can I reset my password?
Click here to go to the login page and select Forgot Password.
May I watch the courses more than once?
You have lifetime unlimited access to your purchased courses.
Can I share my course content with a friend, garden club, or other groups?
To maintain the integrity and affordability of our programs, each TGW course allows access to only one paid subscriber. The purchaser’s private viewing may include family members and employees. If a private Facebook group is associated with a course it may only be accessed with a single user. TGW asks that each student respect this policy accordingly.
Do I have to watch at a certain time?
You can watch the courses anytime at your convenience. Purchased On-Demand Courses will appear in your library immediately and will always be there for viewing. Purchased School Courses will appear in your library as the course progresses. Normally one class a week until all classes loaded and will always be there for viewing.
Do I have unlimited access?
Yes, you have lifetime unlimited access.
How does the money back guarantee work?
Full refunds with no questions asked are given upon email request within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of a course going live. Once a refund has been issued you lose all access to the course / workshop.
Are courses available to purchase all the time?
Each course states its availability. On-Demand Courses are typically available all the time for purchase. School Courses that are taken over several weeks are offered periodically to bring all the students into the course at the same time. This allows for the most effective teaching and shepherding.
Why is my library empty?
If you purchased a School Course that is starting at a later date the library will be empty until the course launch date.
How do I ask questions on the course subjects?
School Courses include weekly Live Sessions to address class questions. On-Demand course do not include Live Sessions, questions can be emailed to
[email protected].
Whoops, I purchased the course twice, how do I get a refund?
Request a refund by sending an email

Are the courses closed-captioned?
This is not available yet but we hope to in the future.
Do any on the courses offer how to grow in hoop houses?
Yes, our Flower Farming School Online: Growing Cut-Flower Crops in Hoop & Greenhouses with Steve and Gretel Adams.
I live outside of the USA, may I purchase a course?
Yes, our online courses are available internationally.
Are the courses focused on growing in a specific region or area?
No, the courses are based on methods to apply to any growing area.
Payment Plan Details
- Administrative fees included.
- 2 payment, first charged to credit card immediately, second automatically charged in 30 days.
- Access to Courses purchased on the payment plan is denied 24 hours after a failed payment notice.
- Access will be reinstated when credit card information is updated and payment is approved.
- If credit card information is not updated, access to Course is denied and no refunds are given for previous payments.
Can I download the sessions
Course content can only be accessed via the internet and cannot be downloaded. Internet only access is how we protect our intellectual property.

Is the farm open to the public?
The Gardener’s Workshop farm is also the Ziegler family home and is therefore closed to the public. We do schedule Open Farms occasionally. Visit the Events Calendar

How big is The Gardener's Workshop farm?
Much smaller then most would think! The property is arranged on 3 acres of land while just 1.5 acres produces the thousands of cut flowers we sell each week between May & October.
Do you offer any internships or have any positions available?
With an established staff, we do not offer internships or take any volunteers.

Our $9.95 Flat Rate or $3.95 Seed Only Shipping Cost applies to all orders with an additional charge applying to those items designated with an asterisk * in the catalog and online. Can I change an order after being submitted?
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Orders placed via our website undergo immediate preauthorization for the total order amount, and cannot be added to. If you have forgotten an item, you will need to place another web order.
How will my order be shipped and how quickly will it go out?
All orders are shipped via USPS, First Class or Priority Mail. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. We ship Monday & Thursday. We are unable to expedite orders at this time.

Do you ship your cut flowers?
No, we do not ship our flowers. We encourage you to find local seasonal flowers through a flower farm or floral designer listed on
ASCFG.
Do you have gift certificates available?
Yes, we offer

Are your seeds organic?
Our flower seeds are NOT certified organic.

Fresh Cut Flowers
Can I buy fresh cut flowers from The Gardener's Workshop?
2021 was our farewell season for growing and selling cut flowers from our city flower farm. After 23 years of serving 23 florists, 2 supermarket chains, 3 farmers markets, a bouquet subscription service, and our members-only flower market we are excited for our giant cutting gardens to become a downsized learning garden.
We are still growing a cutting garden for filming and photography for our online Learning Center, live events, courses, and our online garden shop.
The best is yet to come.
