Flowers Galore!

by | Jun 10, 2012

We are heading into high season here at the end of June. We are knee deep in: zinnias, ageratum, plume celosia, cockscombs, grasses, rudbeckias, false queen annes lace, feverfew, sweet william, and the lisianthus is on the verge of starting! Oh yeah, and the lilies that have been saved from the deer….

The heat is great for growing summer flowers, but tough for those cutting them! We start harvesting at 6 to help beat the heat, but it is still hot.

Summer is here!
